How to Exhibit
Exhibiting at the AOSA Professional Development Conference puts you in the middle of your ideal target market with opportunities to interact with more than 1,100 registered attendees.

Although AOSA membership is not required to exhibit, a significant discount and sponsorship opportunities are offered to our Industry Members. Visit the Industry Resources page to renew or join.

Contracts with deposits received by May 31 will be entered in a drawing for booth space. See the 2019 Marketplace Floor Plan and Exhibitor Regulations for full details.

All payments for exhibit space are collected separately from the submission of the form. Once you have submitted your application, watch your email box for payment information. For assistance, contact Anna Pack, Associate Director, at anna@aosa.org or (440) 600-7329.

Setup begins Wednesday, November 20 from 9:00 am to 4:00 am and continues Thursday, November 21 from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Teardown is scheduled from 2:00–6:00 pm on Saturday, November 23.

Conference Sponsorship
