50 years ago, ten music educators met with the goal of establishing an organization in the United States dedicated to the promotion of the Orff Schulwerk developed by Carl Orff and Gunild Keetman. From those humble roots, AOSA has grown to become the largest Orff Schulwerk association in the world with over 3600 members who share the Schulwerk with more than 1.8 million children and adults annually.
