Michael Groff is the elementary music teacher at Lancaster Country Day School. Throughout his career, he’s been recognized for his student-led approach to performance and strong recruitment strategies. He has presented and published on a variety of topics, including movement in choirs, peer collaboration, and music education in sacred spaces.
