If you are interested in serving as a member of the National Board of Trustees or as a subcommittee member, we welcome your application. You have two ways to express your interest: First, you can complete the AOSA Volunteer Leadership Interest Form, which will help us understand your background and qualifications. Alternatively, you can reach out directly to the AOSA Leadership Development and Nominations Committee at [email protected] with any questions or to discuss the opportunity further. Join a Standing Subcommittee

Make an immediate impact by serving on one of AOSA’s key subcommittees:

  • Grants and Scholarships Review Panel
  • Virtual Programming
  • Fund Development
  • History
  • Digital Mentorship Committee
  • Chapter Acknowledgement and Recognition

Become a National Board of Trustees member

Ready for the next step? Consider serving as a Trustee on the National Board of Trustees. This three-year position lets you:

  • Guide and support chapters in your region
  • Serve on national committees
  • Shape AOSA’s strategic direction

Qualifications:

  • Prior executive experience on a local Orff Chapter Board, or leadership of an AOSA committee/conference
  • Completion of Orff Schulwerk Teacher Education Level II
  • All qualifications listed in the Trustee job description
