We are the Greater Rochester Chapter of the American Orff-Schulwerk Association (GRAOSA), a community of music educators dedicated to the belief that music is vital for every child. We embrace learning through play to inspire a lifelong love of musical experiences.
Established in 1970, just two years after AOSA, we are the third oldest chapter in the country with deep, strong roots in the Schulwerk. We offer dynamic, engaging professional development designed to help music educators grow and excel.
We proudly serve Western NY, support the Orff Levels Certification at Nazareth University, and welcome all who share our passion for music education!
