Dr. Russell Ballenger teaches K-5 general music in Kensington, MD, just outside of Washington D.C. He holds a BM from Indiana University, MM from the University of New Mexico, and a DMA from the University of Alabama. He completed levels training at the San Francisco International Orff Course in 2025.
