Yeshima teaches band, modern band, percussion, and general music for Belfry schools in Kentucky. They are the CEO of DrumSmart LLC and a Ph.D. candidate in Music Education at the University of Kentucky. Yeshima has presented workshops at state, national, and international levels and is a published author.
