The Venue
The 2026 AOSA Annual Conference will be hosted at the Greater Richmond Convention Center, which is centrally located Virginia’s capital. It is directly accessible to the GRTC rapid bus transit system and two Amtrak stations with nationwide service.

The Richmond International Airport is 10 miles and a short drive from the GRCC. The airport hosts all major airlines as well as low-cost carriers Southwest and JetBlue.

Lodging
Stay in a designated conference hotel to help AOSA keep your registration cost lower while immersing you in the full conference experience. AOSA is charged significant fees if room blocks are not met.
The discounted room block is open until Monday, October 12, 5 PM EDT. Hotels may charge a fee for early departure. Please alert the hotel upon arrival if your plans have changed.
The Richmond Airport (RIC) is 10 miles, or 20 minutes away from the Center. The hotels do not offer shuttle service this year but ride shares are an option, especially since many AOSA people come in waves on arrival day. The hotels do not offer self parking but nearby self parking lots are available with prices ranging from $22-25/day. More expensive valet parking is an option at the hotels.
