Though many AOSA members receive high quality professional development in the form of summer training courses, annual conferences, and local chapter meetings, it is clear that Orff Schulwerk teachers benefit from ongoing support when they return to their classroom teaching positions.

To this end, AOSA has created a Digital Mentor Program to pair experienced Orff Schulwerk teachers (mentors) with newly trained Orff Schulwerk teachers (mentees) for the purpose of improving the practice of those who request mentorship. The mentorship program is open to current AOSA members who have completed an AOSA approved level course (either Level I, II, or III) within two years of the application date. If you are interested in the opportunity for online communication and coaching with an AOSA approved Digital Mentor, visit the Digital Mentorship Program page on our member side to find further information and an application.
