The 2025 AOSA Annual Conference will be hosted by the Central Bank Center, which is conveniently located in the center of downtown Lexington and within a day’s drive of 75% of the country’s population.

Stay in a designated conference hotel to help AOSA keep your registration cost lower while immersing you in the full conference experience. AOSA is charged significant fees if room blocks are not met.

The discounted room block is open until Monday, October 27. The hotels charge a fee for early departure. Please alert the hotel upon arrival if your plans have changed.

The Bluegrass Airport-LEX is 6 miles away from the Center. A free shuttle is available from both hotels.

The Bluegrass Airport-LEX is 6 miles away or a 15-minute drive from downtown. The Hilton and Hyatt Regency Hotels offer free shuttle service to and from the Bluegrass Airport.

The Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport-CVG is 79 miles away. 

The Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport-SDF, formerly Standiford Field, is 76 miles away.
