Look for the Register Now banner on the Conference Details page and:

• Select your member type and number of days you will attend.
• Click on Add to Cart.
• Complete the information on the Registration Information page.
• On this page you can add a banquet ticket, register for the AAMM Symposium, purchase session notes, or bring a guest.
• After you have made all of your selections and completed the information section, click Save and Checkout.

Choose Your Sessions at 2025 Conference Sessions. After completion of the registration process and payment, you are able to register for sessions:

• Sessions within each block have limited capacity so you must register for these sessions to reserve a place.
• Programs and Events have unlimited capacity but registering for these will put them in your schedule. This will allow you to see your day-at-a-glance at the conference.
• Be sure to register for each block. Choosing sessions early ensures you will be able to attend the sessions most helpful for your teaching needs.
• Look at the list of session for each block and click Register for the one you wish to attend.
• You will see a new page for the session with Going button. After you click this button you will be directed to Finish the registration.
• Once you click on Finish you will see that You Are Going has been added. Completing this final step is important to be sure you are registered for the session or event.
• You will see a link to All Sessions right above the title of the session for which you just registered. This link will take you back to the Conference Sessions page where you can register for the next session or event in the time sequence.

Changing Sessions is easy on the 2025 Conference Sessions page:

• The Conference Session page will show a Cancel Registration button for sessions for which you have registered.
• Clicking on Cancel Registration will remove you from the session.
• You can now register for a different session within that block.

The My Schedule feature is a your personal conference organizing tool:

• The My Schedule page displays all sessions for which you have registered.
• Check this page to be sure you have registered for all of the session blocks.
• Verify that you have registered for events like the Welcome Ceremony and children’s  performances so they will appear on your personal schedule.
• You can also cancel registration on the My Schedule page by clicking Not Going in the RSVP box and then clicking Update RSVP. If you wish to attend a session in this time block, return to the Conference Sessions page to choose an alternate session.

You are all set…and your conference page will display this message:

• On your phone, add the 2025 Annual Conference page to your Home Screen by clicking the Share Icon to the right of the browser. You can use this to quickly access your schedule and other details throughout the conference.

After you have completed registration and reserved your session selections, it is a good time to Book your Hotel. Staying in a designated conference hotel:

• Helps AOSA keep registration costs lower
• Allows you to be immersed in the full conference experience
• Makes for great networking in the elevators
• Keeps you close to all of the conference sessions and events
