In 2018, twenty-five AOSA members were awarded over $35,000 in scholarships and grants to assist with professional development or the purchase of classroom instruments for teachers who work with low-income populations. Thanks to the many individual members and local chapters who contribute these funds that help AOSA fulfill its mission to “…to support the professional development of our members; and to inspire and advocate for the creative potential of all learners.”

Grant applications for 2019 are due on January 15, 2019. Visit the Scholarships and Grants page for more information. Please note a change in requirements that may make it easier for you to apply for a scholarship to take Level II: If you took Level I in 2018 and have been a member of AOSA for any part of the past year (not necessarily a full year), you may apply for a scholarship to take Level II.
